Account Questions:

Am I allowed to have more than one account?
We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one account per household, however each person registering an account must have a separate computer and separate ISP to participate in our program.

How can I log into my account?

How can I cancel my account?
Go to your user info page and at the bottom of the page you enter your user name and password, then click cancel.

How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?
Your affiliateship in our program allows RedCatsMail.Com to send you email messages and advertisements. You may not cancel receiving email ads from RedCatsMail.Com without terminating your affiliateship in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings. Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." Link. At the bottom of the page you will find the option to "Cancel Account".

How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." link. You will be able to edit any of your information except your Affiliate ID.

I live outside the US, can I join?
Yes, we welcome all international affiliates except China.

I have Web-TV, can I join too?
Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program, we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users full earning privileges.

Am I allowed to sell my account or buy other members' account?
Unfortunately selling/buying accounts af redcatsmail without prior approval is strictly forbidden, such actions will result in termination of your accounts without any payment(s).

What should I do if I can not login?
If you find you are not able to login please do not contact us immediately. Please use the "Password/ID" get back feature to rebuild your password or find your username. If it doesn't work for your, your account is most likely canceled or deleted.


Why am I suspended/canceled/deleted?:

Suspendsion:
Since we are using the latest Version of CC script, we are able to cancel/reactivate an account before account is deleted, so normally we do not suspend an account and there is no certain reasons for the account suspension, if you find your account has been suspended, please contact us, generally your account can be reactived after suspendsion if your explanation is reasonable.

Cancellation:
Account cancellation may be caused by violation of TOS including but not limited to:
1) Enter False Personal Information.
2) SPAMMING
3) Hit the cheat link without awareness for more than 3 times.
4) Using auto-click software to read your emails.
5) Bad keywords detected. (Blind Clickers, Clicking without Reading, Terminate My Membership)
6) Participate into "Searches" but not from a search friendly countries.
7) Duplicate accounts.
8) Hitting the request button continuously
9) Publicly posting derogatory and/or slanderous statements at forums or other about RedCatsMail.
10) Selling or buying accounts without prior approval.
11) Using proxy.

Your account will NOT be returned if your case belongs to any of the reasons listed above.

Deletion:
Members that have been inactive for 30 days will be deleted.

Earnings Questions:

How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails?
Each advertiser pays a different amount per unique visit. These amounts change frequently so we cannot give an exact amount for each visit, however we do give you a large percentage of the amount we earn.

When can I request payment?
You may request payment after you have earned $0.00.

How can I request payment?

How can I refer other affiliates?
You may place a link with your referral url to RedCatsMail.Com on your website. You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming.

What is my referral link?
Your personal referral link can be found on your personal "Referral links" page.

What can I earn through referrals?
Affiliates will earn from 1 levels of referrals
Level 1 = 10%

Are my referral earnings working?
Yes, referral earnings are updated once a day. You must be active on our site to earn from your referrals
To qualify to receive earnings from your downline, you must login at least once every 45 days and click on at least 25% of the ads we send out.
