By signing up and actively using the RedCatsMail.Com program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. RedCatsMail.Com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its affiliates. Affiliates will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an e-mail to their primary contact e-mail address provided upon signing up with RedCatsMail.Com. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the RedCatsMail.Com program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Affiliates:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International affiliates and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.

You agree to and must use your own name and e-mail address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different e-mail addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing RedCatsMail.Com account.

You will use your e-mail address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your RedCatsMail.Com account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by RedCatsMail.Com be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.

You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with RedCatsMail.Com. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from RedCatsMail.Com.

In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from RedCatsMail.Com, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.


Relationship of the Parties:
You and RedCatsMail.Com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and RedCatsMail.Com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of RedCatsMail.Com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability:
RedCatsMail.Com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or RedCatsMail.Com program, even if RedCatsMail.Com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, RedCatsMail.Com aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Payments:
The cashout area is in your account menu.
Intructions and specific information is listed there, ie. if egold is available, ect.

We will issue frequent random masspaid payouts, to be eligible for a random payout you MUST:
1) Keep your payout information up-to-date
2) Have the 'random payouts' keyword checked
3) Have NOT clicked cheat links
4) NOT have 'bad' keywords checked


Activity:
Members who have not logged and clicked any paid links for 30 days are inactive, and risk having the account deleted. The only exception being the vacation setting (see that section) There is NO click minimum to be considered active, or to be paid. Only members who earn with our PTP section need to maintain an activity level, relative to their PTP earnings.

PTP Terms:
Only members with Cash or Point Upgrade Memberships will have the option of earning with our PTP feature. To cashout their PTP earnings they must also keep an activity level of paid clicks of at least 10% of their PTP earnings. If the 10% level is not met, there is no penalty, they just have to get to the 10% level to request payout. This does NOT affect their chance of random payouts!!

Vacation Mode:
When you put your account on vacation you also need to take it off when you come back. Please ask for help if you can not get the date setting correct. Accounts that are on vacation or inactive do not get payouts requested or randoms. If, you plan on being away over 30 days then you need to contact us and let me know so that your account will be flagged and it does not get deleted. Members found abusing this feature will have their accounts deleted.

Accidental Account Cancellation:
Members may accidentally cancel their own account when making changes on the user information page. All accounts canceled by members are held in que for 30 days (after the last activity.) Please notify us with your username, real name and address, and the email address where you want your paid mails and we will attempt to re-instate your previous account.

Anonymous proxies are not allowed.
Hiding your IP is not allowed. If you are found to be signing up or reading emails with an anonymous proxy your account will be terminated.

Inactive Members
will be deleted after 30 days. Inactive Members and those who are found cheating are deleted on a regular basis.

Clicking bad turing numbers
will result in immediate termination of your account.

Cheat links and Cheat Banners
Clicking cheat links will result in immediate suspension of your account, and deletion after 30 days. There are hidden cheat links and banners only accessable by bot programs, therefore, accounts suspended/deleted for cheatlinks will NOT be re-instated.

Bounced emails
will be set in inbox only.; bouncing 3 times after being set to inbox only could result in suspension of your account.
All YAHOO & AOL Emails WILL bounce and are banned.

Advertising:
Please read the advertising restrictions on the bottom of our front page. Unacceptable advertising will be rejected, and you will be asked to send a replacement.

Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with RedCatsMail.Com and may result in legal prosecution. RedCatsMail.Com strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. RedCatsMail.Com may charge up to $5 per spam e-mail sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. RedCatsMail.Com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
